Summary
Module Digests – or evaluations of your module reside in the top section (General) of all modules. Access to the Module Digest folder is limited to those with the role of convener in the module.

How to give someone access to the Module Digest
If you do not want to make the person the Convener of the module the following steps can be used.
- Log in to Moodle and navigate to the module you want to give them access to.
- Make sure the person is already a user in the module (instructions Adding Users).
- Make sure Edit mode is turned on – top right hand corner of Moodle.
- Open the Module Digest folder.
- Click More > Permissions (under the Module Digest title)
- In the dropdown menu that says Permissions select Locally Assigned Roles.
- Click the role Convener and add the person to that role.
These steps will only give them Convener rights on the Module Digest and nothing else in the rest of the module.
