To add or change your class or event’s schedule recordings use the self-service Otago Capture Administration Application – https://corpapp.otago.ac.nz/capture
The application is the single source of truth regarding scheduled recordings. For Official papers the application is aware of the central timetable and allows Instructors to create schedules for each stream in a room with Otago Capture available.
When creating a schedule you can choose what’s recorded and the initial availability of the recordings.
