Contact/Staff profiles are a content area specifically set up for you to quickly and easily add information about the staff members in your paper.

Creating a Staff Profile

If you course does not already have a contact area set up (could be called Staff Information, Teaching Profiles etc) you can easily create one. Go to the + button in the top left hand corner of the course menu and select Create Tool Link select Contacts from the drop down menu and give the section a name.

If you open your contacts area you will see two buttons Create Folder and Create Contact, use the folders if you wish to organise your profiles. Press Create Contact to create a new staff profile, fill in the form and upload a photo if you’d like.
