Hiding Grades from Students
Hiding columns in the Grade Center (previous section) is not the same as hiding a column from students so they don’t see it when they check their grades. To hide grades from students:
- If you are not already in the Grade Center, click the Grade Center button in your Control Panel section of the Course menu, then click “Full Grade Center”.
- Click the “expand” button to the right of the column name that you want to hide to view the options for that column.
- Click “Show/Hide to Users”.
- The column is now hidden – you will see an icon with a red slash beside the column name.
- To show the column, repeat this procedure.
