How to access the Grader Report<\/h2>\n

- Login to Moodle and navigate to the course you’re interested in.<\/li>\n
- Select\u00a0Grades<\/em> from the Navigation<\/em> bar below the course title.<\/li>\n
- This will open the report up – you can filter the results by group (see the\u00a0Visible groups<\/em> menu). Clicking the table icon to the right of a student’s name will bring up the grades for that individual.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
How to setup the Grader Report<\/h2>\n

- Login to Moodle and navigate to the course you’re interested in.<\/li>\n
- Select\u00a0Grades\u00a0<\/em>from the\u00a0Navigation<\/em> bar below the course title.<\/li>\n
- Select Gradebook setup <\/em> from the dropdown menu below the navigation bar.<\/li>\n
- From here you can rearrange the column order or edit an individual column to show or hide in the report.<\/li>\n
- At the top of the page there are options to add new categories, grade items and outcome items. A category looks like a folder and allows you to put related grade items inside it.<\/li>\n
- There are a number of ways to configure the gradebook to scale marks and weight assessments to calculate a final grade. If you need to explore these functions, contact your eLearning Facilitator.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
How to download the\u00a0Grader Report<\/h2>\n

- From the Grades <\/em>page select Export<\/i>\u00a0from the drop down menu below the navigation bar.

- Select the columns you want included in the final file.<\/li>\n
- Click\u00a0Download<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
How to upload grades from a spreadsheet<\/h2>\n

- Your spreadsheet must have one column with student usernames,<\/strong>\u00a0and one column for each grade item.<\/strong>\u00a0The column headers must be present, but their name does not matter. This method works best with numerical grades.<\/strong><\/li>\n
- From the\u00a0Grades<\/em> page select\u00a0Import<\/em> from the drop down menu below the navigation bar.<\/li>\n
- Before uploading, ensure you spreadsheet is correct and complete, as if Moodle detects errors you will need to repeat this process.<\/li>\n
- Drag and drop your spreadsheet into the provided area. Set\u00a0Verbose scales<\/em> to No.<\/em><\/li>\n
- Select\u00a0Upload grades.<\/em><\/li>\n
- Under\u00a0Identify by user,\u00a0<\/em>ensure both\u00a0Map from<\/em> and\u00a0Map to<\/em> are set to\u00a0Username.<\/em><\/li>\n
- Under\u00a0Grade item mappings,<\/em> match each column in the spreadsheet with the grade item in Moodle.<\/li>\n
- Click\u00a0Upload grades.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
How to view a student’s Summary of Achievement<\/h2>\n

- From the Grades <\/em>page select Summary of Achievement<\/i>\u00a0from the drop down menu below the navigation bar.<\/li>\n
- On the right hand side, select you student from the dropdown labelled\u00a0Select\u00a0all or one user.<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
