If you&#8217;re looking for a solution that allows grading have a look at Questionnaires.<\/p>\n<h3>Resources<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.moodle.org\/401\/en\/Feedback_activity\">Using Feedback <\/a>(Moodle.org)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Creating a Feedback activity<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to Moodle and navigate to the course you want to add feedback to.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure editing is turned on\u00a0<em>(<\/em><em>Turn editing<\/em>\u00a0<em>on<\/em> &#8211; toggle icon in the top right hand corner): <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1063\" src=\"https:\/\/help.otago.ac.nz\/moodle\/files\/2023\/01\/Screen-Shot-2023-01-16-at-12.14.32-PM-300x111.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"117\" height=\"46\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<em>Add an activity or resource<\/em> in the section you want the feedback activity to appear.<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<em>Feedback<\/em> from the list and click\u00a0<em>Add.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Give the new feedback activity a name and description. Have a look at the other settings to see if you need to use them:\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Availability<\/strong> &#8211; use this to limit when answers can be accepted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Question and submission settings<\/strong> &#8211; settings here can make the activity anonymous or allow multiple submissions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>After submission<\/strong> &#8211; use these settings to decide what happens after the survey is complete.
