You specify the possible appointment time slots and students book themselves in.<\/p>\n<h3>Resources<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.moodle.org\/401\/en\/Scheduler_module\">Scheduler Module<\/a> (Moodle.org)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to create a Scheduler<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to Moodle and navigate to the course where the Scheduler will appear.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure <em>Edit mode<\/em> is turned on\u00a0<em>(toggle switch in top right of window<\/em>).<\/li>\n<li>Find the section you&#8217;d like the Scheduler to appear in and click\u00a0<em>Add an activity or resource<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<i>Scheduler<\/i> from the list.<\/li>\n<li>Give the Scheduler a name and decide on any other of the settings required &#8211; these include allowing bookings in groups, or more than one booking per student, default booking duration.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<em>Save and display<\/em> when finished.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<em>Add slots<\/em> and select\u00a0<em>Add repeated slots\u00a0<\/em>or\u00a0<em>Add single slot.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Select all the settings necessary and click\u00a0<em>Save changes<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Continue to add slots until all time slots are in your scheduler.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>How to view bookings in Scheduler<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on the link to the Scheduler.<\/li>\n<li>All slots with a booking will appear in the\u00a0<em>My appointments<\/em> tab.
