It is recommended for large amounts of information instead of the Page module.<\/p>\n<h3>Resources<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.moodle.org\/401\/en\/Using_Book\">Using Book<\/a>\u00a0(Moodle.org)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to create a Book<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to Moodle and navigate to the course when you want the Book to appear. Make sure\u00a0<em>Edit mode<\/em> is on.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<em>Add an activity or resource<\/em> in the section where the Book should appear.<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<em>Book<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>from the\u00a0<em>Resources<\/em>\u00a0section.<\/li>\n<li>Give the book a name, click\u00a0<em>Save and display<\/em> when finished.<\/li>\n<li>Add your first chapter &#8211; give it a name and write the content. Click\u00a0<em>Save changes<\/em> when finished.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>How to add another chapter<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Make sure editing is turned on\u00a0<em>(Edit mode<\/em>\u00a0&#8211; toggle switch in the top right corner).<\/li>\n<li>Open the Book by clicking on it&#8217;s name in your course.<\/li>\n<li>If the\u00a0<em>block drawer<\/em> is closed, open it by clicking the left-pointing arrow on the top right of the page.<\/li>\n<li>From the\u00a0<em>Table of Contents<\/em> in the block menu on the right-hand side click the\u00a0<em>+<\/em> icon next to the chapter you want to add a new chapter after.
