Vevox is integrated with Moodle and can send grades back into Moodle if required.<\/p>\n<h3>Resources<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/otagouni.sharepoint.com\/:u:\/r\/sites\/itsdigitallearning\/SitePages\/Vevox.aspx?csf=1&amp;web=1&amp;e=4DzyQM\">Vevox<\/a> (ITS Digital Learning, University of Otago)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vevox.com\">Vevox.com<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Creating a Vevox session link in Moodle<\/h2>\n<p>For more information on how to create Vevox content please refer to the ITS Digital Learning content above.<\/p>\n<p>NB. if using Vevox inside Moodle students will need to access Vevox via Moodle as well.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log into Moodle (medschool.otago.ac.nz or hsmoodle.otago.ac.nz) with your University of Otago credentials.<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to the course you wish to add a Vevox session to.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure\u00a0<em>Edit mode<\/em> is turned on.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <em>+ <\/em>where you want the link to appear and select <em>Add Activity or Resource.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<em>Vevox<\/em> from the options.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<em>Select content<\/em> &#8211; and pick from your existing session or create a new one to link<\/li>\n<li>Select the correct Vevox activity from the session in step 6.<\/li>\n<li>Decide if you want your students to be anonymous or identified<\/li>\n<li>Scoring &#8211; decide if you want a grade going back into your Moodle Gradebook related to this activity.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<em>Done\u00a0<\/em>when you&#8217;re finished.<\/li>\n<li>Add any other regular Moodle features you need (description, grading information, access restrictions).<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you save before closing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summary Vevox is an live web-based audience engagement application featuring polling, surveys, quizzes and more.
