Summary
The vast majority of content inside Blackboard is only available to the teaching staff and students in a particular paper. However, this does not mean that you are free to include any content you like, as there are different copyright licences and restrictions which cover different kinds of material. The Copyright Office has produced some excellent information about Copyright and how it applies to our academic community, and selected links relating to elearning are listed below.
