Blackboard Paper Administration Application

Summary

In 2013 ITS launched a new application to help staff manage their Blackboard papers easier. Now in 2017 we’ve updated the application again to add additional functionality. From 8 February 2017 this application allows you to:

  • View all the Blackboard papers you have access to and
  • View the paper co-ordinators of each paper
  • View and change staff access for each paper (access level dependent)
  • Request new Blackboard papers
  • Rollover papers (if you’re the Blackboard Paper Co-ordinator)

Important note about students: Officially enrolled students will not appear in this application, they are automatically added to Blackboard via the Student Management System. You are able to enrol students to non-official papers (synthetic) with this tool.
